How do you cut the glass. These are all very neat ideas. I would love to see a tutorial.
There are a few different makes of bottle cutters/wine bottle cutters. I know they have one, where I bought mine, hobby lobby or if your an amazon shopper, they have a couple on there but with the 40% coupon you can use at hobby lobby you save ten bucks, they run about $25.00

I would like to know where you get a wine glass cutter. Or is it just a glass cutter?

Amazon has bottle cutters and there are instruction that come with them. However, I tried another method... etch the bottle with the bottle cutter, then use boiling water, followed by cold water poured over the etching. After a couple hot/cold baths the bottle will break at the etched line. Then you just have to sand it until it is smooth. 7/5/2013 03:57:10 am
Would love to see a tutorial on the glass spiral wind chime. Very, very attractive. Great use of the bottles.

I, too, would like to know how you did the planters. Are they growing out of the bottom some how?

Great illustrations and tutorials I must say. And do try Amazon's bottle cutters! They are much more easier. I have a few more empty bottles and I'm planning to give them to Junk It waste management (Toronto) . Please share if you guys find more creative wind chimes. My email is [email protected]. Appreciate your creativity!!
